If a street cat symbolizes a society in crisis of humanity, then a pigeon can help a person see themselves and their own difficulties. This is the first photo Galya has taken of a living creature. According to her, perhaps this pigeon does not want to be photographed and would be upset by the shooting. She started by saying that perhaps the pigeon’s life is as hard as hers, and she does not want to contribute to its suffering. But after a little persuasion, she agreed that perhaps we would not interfere with it.

Last year, when we were also preparing an exhibition, Galya really wanted to photograph a cat, but, after the kitten hid in its little house, she decided that the animal was probably uncomfortable with being photographed. According to Galya, all animals that live in the city need little houses. It is important to her that they also have a home.

Other members of the group think pigeons are very cute animals. One woman from the group takes care of the pigeons on the street, which freeze to death in winter. She believes that the municipality should take better care of all animals in the city.
