Woman from the Roman elite handing out food at a girls’ school

Elites have taken part in charity for many years, as can be seen in this coin which shows Antoninus, sitting on a chair on a dais, and Faustina, behind him and standing. Both of them greet a girl held by a man, while another man brings his girl to the dais.
